Adviser to the Head of the Office of President, Oleksiy Arestovych does not exclude that Russia will dare to attack again to capture Kyiv and other cities in northeastern Ukraine.

At the same time, Arestovych said that it's hard to predict whether Putin will dare to announce the mobilization, as the Kremlin dictator makes decisions “with a single click in the head.” About this Arestovich said in a conversation with Russian human rights activist Mark Feigin.

“The military aid package (from Western partners) will be voted on at the end of May. It has been voted on until weapons arrive. My early predictions need to be added a month before it is clear when they will vote. It’s a long story.” – says the adviser to the head of the OP.

Arestovych suggests that at this time the Russians will be able to gather military forces, conduct a covert unofficial mobilization and may try to storm on Kyiv.

“It is quite possible that the second attack will be on Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, etc. Everything is possible at this pace.  That's a long story as long as sanctions last, until weapons arrive… It is months – not even weeks,” he said.
