Effective work must happen at all levels.
Today, on September 5, a government reshuffle took place. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked parliament for supporting the new candidates and emphasized the importance of even more active government institutions at this time than ever before.
President Zelenskyy stated:
"More investment from partners in Ukraine's defense production. More active progress in negotiations with the European Union – preparing for a future accession agreement. Greater interaction and understanding between central authorities and local communities. And, of course, more support for the front and all of our people."
This applies to:
- weapons supply
- protection of energy infrastructure and rebuilding of what was destroyed
- a clear veterans' policy
- countering Russian propaganda abroad
- engagement with the global Ukrainian community
- ensuring financial stability of our country
- accelerating work with partners to direct funds from Russian assets to Ukraine
"There are dozens of such specific tasks, and each new appointee must deliver concrete results throughout the autumn in their positions," the President noted.
