Moscow most actively tries to influence countries in Asia, Africa and South America.

Russia conducts a systematic global effort to undermine the Peace Summit in Switzerland. To achieve this, the aggressor country employs three types of countermeasures.

This was stated byUkrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba during the visit of his Estonian counterpart, Margus Tsahkna, to Kyiv on May 3.

Kuleba said that "Russia uses three types of countermeasures."

"The first is the discrediting of the Peace Summit through the dissemination of letters, public statements, and closed meetings where Russia tries to convince countries of its insignificance. The second is the effort to persuade certain countries not to participate in the summit at all. The third is the attempt to convince countries that have confirmed their participation to attend at the lowest possible level," the minister explained.

He emphasized that Russia most actively tried to influence countries in Asia, Africa and South America.

According to Kuleba, Ukrainian diplomacy works in all regions of the world and successfully counters Russia's destructive activities.
