Commenting on a series of incidents on voting days, Yusov said that there are a lot of people in Russia who are "ready to resist the regime, and do so in different ways."

The presidential "elections" in Russia demonstrated to the whole world that the dictator Volodymyr Putin cannot control the situation in his country.

Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defenсe of Ukraine, said this on the air of the telethon.

According to Yusov, Putin is unable to control the situation during an important period for him.

"The words of a person resembling Putin are meaningless. The whole world has seen that Putin is not the same anymore. The events unfolding in the Belhorod and Kursk regions, cyberattacks on Russia and incidents at military and economic infrastructure facilities have shown that the dictator is unable to control the situation during an important period for him," the representative of Ukrainian intelligence said.

He noted that this was an important signal for both China and the countries of the Global South, which monitor the situation very closely.

"They understood that the dictator cannot control the situation in his country,"  Yusov added.

He also mentioned that mobilization in Russia has essentially not stopped, and after the "elections," it may intensify and have a "more open character."

The Defence Intelligence commented on the "elections" in Russia

The representative of the Defence Intelligence also commented on the events at the polling stations in Russia. There, in particular, the Russians set fire to the voting booths and poured green dye into the ballot boxes.

"There are a lot of people in Russia who are "ready to resist the regime, and do so in different ways. Some may set fire to the polling booth, while others, armed like the Russian volunteers of the RDC, "Freedom of Russia," and the "Siberian Legion," are ready to liberate their own homeland from the Putin regime, which they are currently successfully doing," Yusov expressed.
