In the early hours of August 4th, the air raids sirens sounded three times in Dnipro Region.
The Russian troops shelled Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts. Almost 50 houses were damaged by enemy shells. Explosions caused several fires, damaged power transmission lines and ruined a local commercial facilities. One person was injured in the attack, as Valentyn Reznichenko, the Head of Regional Military Administration, reported.
The city of Nikopol withstood two Russian attacks. At least 60 Grad MRLS shells landed in the city’s residential districts. Luckily, there were no human casualties, also one house was completely ruined, and 50 more buildings were damaged by explosions. The projectiles also damaged around thirty utility buildings and set on fire two private house yards.
The Russian shells mangled buildings and machinery of three local businesses and damaged at least 100 solar panels. Two power transmission lines were torn leaving without power supply at least three thousand local consumers.
In Kryvyi Rih district, the enemy barraged Karpivka and Shyroke communities from Uragan MRLS. A 44-year-old woman in Shyroke was injured.
