As of the morning of September 19, 545 settlements in Ukraine are fully or partially without power supply for various reasons.
As a result of Russian shelling on the night of September 19, there were power outages in Sumy and parts of the region.
This was reported by "Ukrenergo."
During the night, the enemy attacked an energy facility in Sumy region. Consequently, Sumy and parts of the region were left without electricity. By the morning, all consumers had been reconnected.
The company also noted that due to hostilities and other reasons, 545 settlements were fully or partially without power supply on September 19.
There are new blackouts in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv regions due to hostilities.
Additionally, due to technical reasons, there are power outages in Kyiv, Chernihiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
