The Russians are using guided aerial bombs against Kharkiv from the occupied territories in Kharkiv region.
The situation near Lyptsi and Vovchansk is under control. The Russian army is not conducting major assaults but is striking with artillery and guided aerial bombs.
This was stated by Vitaliy Lytvyn, a Hero of Ukraine and officer of the reconnaissance unit of the "Rubizh" Brigade of the National Guard, during a broadcast on KYIV24.
"We see in both official sources and at the front line that the intensity of assault actions and the use of mechanized units by the enemy has decreased. The enemy is using guided aerial bombs to strike Kharkiv, meaning that in the direction of Vovchansk-Lyptsi, they are engaging in terrorism. They are destroying civilian infrastructure, targeting rear command points of the Defense Forces, and using a large number of artillery shells and ammunition, thereby compensating for the absence of intense assault actions," he noted.
