The occupiers are actively using sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the border areas.

Russia's army tactics near the borders of Sumy and Chernihiv regions remain unchanged for now. The occupiers carry out shelling and the enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups try to infiltrate.

Vadym Mysnyk, Spokesman for the "Siversk" Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops, told about this in a comment to "RBC-Ukraine."

"There is no clear concentration in a specific area, which is one of the signs of preparing for offensive actions there. There is no grouping near the borders that could be ready for large-scale offensive actions by the enemy. These forces are currently dispersed. At the same time, the enemy has a joint command there - "North" grouping of troops," the military man said.

According to him, the movements of Russian units and equipment are being monitored, and these directions are being reinforced. In particular, active attention is being paid to railway stations on the Russian territory, as there may be a concentration of Russian troops there.

"Sudzha (a city 9 km from the border) is a railway junction. And Suzemka (a village 9 km from the border) on the Sumy border, and the "Klimovo" station (10 km from the border) in Bryansk region near the Chernihiv border. These are key stations where trains with equipment, personnel, or other supplies arrive," Mysnyk said.

Russian units do not stay long in these settlements. The Russians arrive and depart. The occupiers try to disperse to avoid strikes by the Defense Forces. But as soon as they appear near the border, the enemy units and their assets are destroyed.
