This is not yet peace - there is a long way ahead.

The Peace Summit has marked a leap towards peace. It has set the stage for Russia to negotiate in good faith, rather than through ultimatums. And that these negotiations will not take place through concessions from Ukraine.

This was stated by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on the air of the telethon.

"There will no longer be a situation where friends call us or tell us in meetings: "Please do this to appease Putin, so that he also makes a constructive step in return." That logic has been completely pushed aside," the diplomat emphasized.

At the same time, Kuleba stresses that it is important to understand that a very difficult road lies ahead.

"As they say, the farther into the forest, the more firewood. There will be many more problematic issues, but we have no other way than to solve them for the sake of victory and the restoration of our country," the Foreign Minister noted.
