Every day, we lose people, and the resolution of the situation depends on four countries.
Ukraine needs permission to use long-range weapons against military targets on Russian territory from four countries. This could help push Russia out of Ukrainian territory and protect civilians.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a joint statement with Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris, as reported by UNIAN.
"We need permission to use long-range weapons specifically from those countries that are providing us with these weapons. It depends on them. And to be honest, it does not depend on a coalition of all friendly partners or all countries in the world," he said.
The Head of State noted that the decision to provide Ukraine with long-range weapons depends on four specific countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany. He emphasized that these countries either already supply or can provide the weapons that will help Ukraine push Russia out of its territory and save civilian lives in cities like Poltava, Lviv, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih. Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine's ability to resolve these issues depends on the strength of support from these countries.
