Zelenskyy–Trump meeting: Yermak names key topic of talks
Yermak shared what Zelenskyy and Trump will discuss and also spoke about his expectations for the NATO summit.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during his planned meeting with Donald Trump at the NATO summit, will discuss ways to end the war.
This was stated by Head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, in a conversation with journalists, a fragment of which he published on his Telegram channel.
According to Yermak, the main topic of the talks between the U.S. and Ukrainian leaders will be «peace through strength.»
«We have seen that peace through strength really works. We saw this in relation to Iran. It’s no coincidence that Iran is a partner of Russia — they are absolutely alike. And that’s why I believe that peace through strength and bilateral relations (between Ukraine and the U.S. — Ed.) will be the main topic, ” the head of the President’s Office said.
Yermak is convinced that «the whole world» sees that Russia does not want to end the war.
«Everyone sees that Russia does not want to end this war. Everyone sees that all these conversations about negotiations — the imitation we saw in Turkey — are truly just an imitation. Therefore, additional pressure and very painful sanctions — until the Russian Federation pays a high price for its crimes, nothing will force it to come to honest negotiations,» the head of the President’s Office believes.
