Russia may be preparing offensive actions targeting Sumy and the eastern part of Kharkiv.

This was stated by Andriy Chernyak, Spokesman for the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, in an interview with NHK World.

According to him, it is possible that Russia will try to involve North Korean military personnel in combat operations in this direction.

At the same time, the Defence Intelligence representative confirms that Russia is actively using North Korean-manufactured ammunition. Moreover, according to Chernyak, North Korea produces roughly half of the shells currently used by the Russian army.

Additionally, according to Ukrainian intelligence, Pyongyang supplies missiles to Moscow. Initially, these missiles showed poor accuracy — deviating from targets by more than 100 meters. However, their precision has since improved significantly, and they now strike designated coordinates much more accurately.
