The Pokrovsk sector remains the leader in the number of assaults and in the number of enemy personnel destroyed.

This was reported on Telegram by Ukrainian soldier and platoon commander of the 24th Separate Assault Battalion "Aidar," Stanislav "Osman" Buniatov.

"Overall, enemy activity is high along the entire line, from Bahatyr to the Kostiantynivka pocket. Southwest of Kostiantynivka, the enemy made advances due to the low combat readiness of our personnel, poor coordination, and the low capabilities of strike UAV units responsible for this sector," he wrote.

The Pokrovsk stretch extends for many kilometers along the line of contact, but the nature of these clashes is diverse and dynamic.

From Novotoretske to Kalynove, the enemy is constantly attempting to break through the defenses of Ukrainian troops, using both infantry and supporting equipment. At times, the Russians gather dozens of units of equipment, especially motorcycles, and launch assaults, according to DeepState analysts.

"The highest activity is taking place near Yelyzavetivka, Tarasivka, and Stara Mykolaivka. The things remain unsuccessful for the Russians in Yelyzavetivka, but the Tarasivka area is tense due to enemy pressure on Vodiane Druhe and Zelene Pole, which is practically occupied. The situation is currently escalating around Stara Mykolaivka. The enemy having approached right up to the village," DeepState reports.

Today, May 12, the General Staff reported that in the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders repelled 70 assault and offensive actions by the aggressor near the settlements of Stara Mykolaivka, Vodiane Druhe, Nova Poltavka, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Kotlyne, Novooleksandrivka, Kotliarivka, Troitske, Andriivka, and Bahatyr.
