Russian offensive has not stopped: Expert explains why the front is moving

The Kremlin's plans for the full occupation of Ukraine are raising serious concerns.

Russia’s offensive actions in Ukraine cannot be considered a failure. The front line is moving — slowly, but unfortunately, not in Ukraine’s favor.

Military analyst Oleksandr Shulman said this on the air of Kyiv24.

Shulman pointed out that Russian propaganda continues to fuel patriotic sentiment within Russia, and the Kremlin has not abandoned hopes of achieving significant results on the battlefield.

Particularly alarming, he noted, is Russian president Vladimir Putin’s statement that Ukraine and Russia are “one and the same” — an indication that the Kremlin does not intend to settle for occupying only certain regions but is aiming for the complete takeover of Ukraine.

The military analyst emphasizes that despite the pathological traits of the Russian leader, his words cannot be ignored, as Putin, a former KGB officer, does not speak without reason. According to Shulman, the situation remains serious, and the threat posed by the Russian offensive should not be underestimated.
