Commenting on previous threats made by the Russian Foreign Ministry against the Ukrainian capital, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu stated that Russia could strike Kyiv «at any moment, ” while describing the warnings for foreign ambassadors to leave the city as „serious and deliberate.“

According to him, Moscow has supposedly already «demonstrated» the potential force of a strike on Kyiv, Shoigu told Russia’s state-run TASS news agency.

He further claimed that the warning for foreign ambassadors to leave Kyiv is «entirely serious and deliberate.»
