Ukrainian soldiers on the Pokrovsk front and in the south confirmed that they had received instructions to engage the enemy only in return fire.
This was reported by soldiers from three Ukrainian Armed Forces units in comments to "Suspilne".
According to them, a similar order was given during the so-called "Easter truce." Nevertheless, since midnight on May 8, Russian forces have continued artillery shelling, dropped explosives from drones, and used FPV drones.
Also, positional battles continue in Kherson region, which, according to the military, indicates a violation of agreements by Russia.
