U.S. President Donald Trump is unpredictable. It’s very difficult to imagine what he might do today or tomorrow.

This is how Yurii Fedorenko, Commander of the 429th Separate Unmanned Systems Regiment “Achilles,” comments on the American leader’s 50-day ultimatum, according to “24Kanal.”

At the same time, Trump has tools to force Russia to stop waging its aggressive war against Ukraine. To achieve this, it is necessary to provide Ukraine with additional air defense systems of various types, including Patriot systems, as well as weapons for conducting defensive operations. This includes long-range missiles that could strike military targets on the territory of the aggressor country.

“The more we destroy Russia’s capabilities for production and combat operations on its territory, the fewer Russians will come to Ukraine. The more damage we inflict on airfields, particularly those nearby that drop guided aerial bombs on Ukrainian territory, the less destruction there will be here,” Fedorenko says.

According to the military commander, a sanctions policy against Russia and the countries that trade with it is crucial.

“As long as Putin is given a first chance, a second chance, 30 days, 50 days, he will continue to "feast." He feels that the powerful United States and a united Europe can do nothing to him,” says the “Achilles” commander.

At the same time, Fedorenko emphasizes that during the 50 days set by Trump, Ukraine will face intense shelling.
