Where and when Russia will intensify the offensive: Naiev describes enemy plans

Russia is preparing to intensify its offensive before May 9. Serhii Naiev spoke about the enemy's plans.

Lieutenant General Serhii Naiev

Lieutenant General Serhii Naiev discusses when Russian troops might escalate their offensive on the front and whether the enemy has enough equipment and personnel.

Naiev shared this information in a comment to TSN's special correspondent Yulia Kyriyenko.

The Lieutenant General described the intentions of the Russian army regarding the offensive.

"The enemy generally has such plans — wherever they succeed, they will advance. That is, in each tactical group, there are many directions. In every direction, there is a corresponding grouping of enemy forces with a specific mission. May 9 is approaching," Naiev points out.

Because of this, he notes, enemy activity is already increasing.

"Every day, the enemy is advancing. They have various methods: infantry groups, then using motorcycles or regular cars, and also resorting to armored vehicles when they need to move many people," said the commander of the "Vuhledar" tactical group.

Naiev also answers a question about the number of military vehicles the occupiers have at his front.

"By gradually destroying armored vehicles, we will reduce their numbers. Each enemy brigade or regiment has this equipment. Its number is small. But they are capable of assembling a column of up to 20 armored fighting vehicles. As for infantry, the enemy is constantly building up forces, and personnel are being supplied because recruitment in the Russian Federation is functioning. Young recruits are coming in, and they constantly throw them into battle," the Lieutenant General says.
