Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov made the remarks on March 26 in comments to journalists.
Budanov was asked whether current global developments amount to World War Three or remain local conflicts.
“It has been going on for quite some time already,” the presidential office head replied.
Budanov believes World War Three began in Ukraine.
Asked how the war might end, he responded briefly: “We’ll see. It’s war.”
