The aftermath of the strike on Kherson

In Kherson, Russian forces attacked a children’s hospital with a strike drone. Police bomb disposal experts neutralized the unmanned aerial vehicle.

Police in the Kherson region reported this on social media and released photos.

«Early this morning, March 27, the enemy carried out another treacherous strike on Kherson. Using a „Molniya"-type drone, the enemy attacked a children’s hospital in the Dniprovskyi district of the city, ” the statement said.

According to police, the hostile drone flew into one of the windows and did not explode. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Bomb disposal experts from the Kherson region police promptly arrived at the scene and inspected the drone wreckage and an explosive device made from an anti-tank mine. The dangerous device was removed for destruction at a specialized site. Law enforcement officers are currently taking measures to properly document another war crime committed by the army of the aggressor state.

The aftermath of Russian attacks in the Kherson region

A woman was killed in the Kherson region following Russian attacks, while another man was injured in a mine explosion.

Russian forces continue targeted strikes on civilian infrastructure on the right bank of the Kherson region.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked settlements in the Kherson and Beryslav districts using artillery, mortars and various types of drones.

Settlements under attack included Kherson, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Novodmytrivka, Sofiivka, Antonivka, Dariivka, Zymivnyk, Dniprovske, Molodizhne, Bilozerka, Yantarne, Veletynske, Rozlyv, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Naddniprianske, Kizomys, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Novoraisk, Osokorivka, Liubymivka, Rakivka, Khreshchenivka, Nadiivka, Kozatske and Vesele.

Two apartment buildings and 10 private houses were damaged, along with a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building and a vehicle.

Explosives dropped from drones damaged three private houses in Antonivka and a vehicle in Novovorontsovka.

In Beryslav, a 51-year-old local resident stepped on an unidentified explosive device, which detonated. The man suffered a leg injury.

Russian artillery later struck the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, killing a 66-year-old woman. Subsequent shelling damaged an administrative building.

Three private houses were also damaged by explosives dropped from drones.

In the evening, Russian forces launched strike drones at two apartment buildings, causing damage.
