Rules for Using the Commenting Service

The TSN website welcomes discussions under published materials and encourages users to exchange opinions. At the same time, the commenting space must remain respectful, safe, and compliant with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

By posting a comment on the website, the user automatically agrees to these Rules.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Comments must be relevant to the topic and comply with generally accepted standards of ethics and morality.

1.2. Users are required to comply with Ukrainian legislation, including laws related to information, protection of honor and dignity, personal data, and copyright.

1.3. The use of offensive, aggressive, or provocative language is prohibited.

2. Content Restrictions

Users are not allowed to post comments that contain:

• calls for violent change of the constitutional order or violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity;

• hate speech, discrimination, or humiliation based on any characteristics;

• obscene language or disguised profanity;

• knowingly false information, manipulation, or disinformation;

• personal data of third parties without their consent;

• advertising, spam, or unauthorized external links;

• content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights;

• any other content that violates Ukrainian law.

3. Moderation and Administration Rights

3.1. Comments may be moderated (before or after publication).

3.2. The website administration reserves the right to delete or edit comments without prior notice.

3.3. In case of repeated violations, access to the commenting service may be restricted or blocked.

3.4. The administration is not obliged to explain moderation decisions.

4. User Responsibility

4.1. Users bear full responsibility for the content of their comments in accordance with Ukrainian law.

4.2. Comments reflect the personal opinions of their authors and may not coincide with the website’s position.

4.3. Information may be disclosed to authorized authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The website reserves the right to amend these Rules without prior notice.
