Hostile drone attack on Kharkiv: Casualties reported

Kharkiv authorities reported a minimum of 15 drone strikes across six city locations.

Three people were killed and at least 15 residents injured during a heavy assault by Russian combat drones on 23 November.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, provided the details.

«At this moment, two people are confirmed killed and eight injured. Among the wounded is a 12-year-old child, ” he reported at 22:51.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov later confirmed three deaths.

«Sadly, three people have been killed in the evening attack on Kharkiv, ” he wrote.

«Updated information from the Situation Centre indicates there were 15 strikes across six locations in the city, ” Terekhov added.

By 23:32, the number of wounded had risen, with the mayor reporting 15 people injured.

Suspilne reported, citing Terekhov, that the Russian drone attack caused serious damage to Kharkiv’s energy infrastructure and heating network. A transformer substation was damaged, and three residential buildings were destroyed.
