If the U.S. stops its aid, a significant portion of the financial burden would fall on Europe, though its leaders have yet to decide on the scope of support.

A reduction in U.S. aid would be a challenge for Ukraine, but it would not push the country to the brink of collapse. Serhiy Rakhmanin explained that while American support is crucial, its cessation would not lead to catastrophe, provided that Ukraine effectively utilizes its own reserves and receives more active help from Europe.
This was stated by Serhiy Rakhmanin, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament's Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, during a broadcast on Radio NV.
The Ukrainian military-industrial complex has significant potential for expanding production. According to Rakhmanin, if the state adequately finances this sector, part of the army's needs could be met by domestic resources.
As for Europe, the situation is complex. Some large European economies, such as France and Italy, are providing much less financial aid to Ukraine than they could. Meanwhile, smaller EU countries are offering more substantial support. The question is whether the EU is ready to increase its assistance.
Thus, the future depends on the ability of the Ukrainian government to wisely manage its resources and attract aid from its partners.
