Invaders Have Started to Issue Russian Passports in Mariupol

In Mariupol, the Russian invaders have started to accept applications for issue of Russian passports.

Petro Andriushchenko, the Adviser to the Mayor of Mariupol, shared the details in his social media account.

According to Andriushchenko, in order to receive the Russian passport, the Ukrainian citizens are first required to obtain the permanent place of residence certificate issued by the Russian authorities in Donetsk. Then, those willing to continue the naturalization procedure, must travel to Novoazovsk and apply at the so-called Migration Department of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

“Considering the current condition of traffic routes and roads to Donetsk, the whole procedure is too cumbersome and complicated, at least, for now. However, we must acknowledge the fact that the Russian Federation has started a new active phase of Mariupol annexation process”, Petro Andriushchenko emphasized.
