Russians Have Essentially Blocked Exit from Seized Kherson Region
Invaders are massively interfering with civilian evacuation from temporarily seized parts of Kherson Region.
On October 4th, all roads from Russia-controlled part of the region are essentially blocked. According to Yurii Sobolevskyi, the Deputy Head of Kherson Regional Council, only 32 people managed to leave the seized territory yesterday.
After October 1st, the residents of Russia-controlled territories must obtain a special “permit” in order to travel outside of Kherson Region. Therefore, only 51 people managed to leave Russia-controlled territory during the last three days.
"Russia orcs essentially keep civilians as hostages depriving them of opportunity to escape from suffocating grip of the Russian World”, Sobolevskyi stressed.
