Situation on Siversk and Kupiansk fronts deteriorates sharply — Analyst
Defense along several sectors of Ukraine’s eastern front is in a critical state, with rear-guard actions ongoing but positions effectively lost.

Military analyst Bohdan Myroshnykov reported a serious escalation on the eastern front, particularly in the Serebriansky Forestry, the village of Serebrianka, and the Kupiansk direction.
According to Myroshnykov, the defense of Serebriansky Forestry has concluded, while clashes in Serebrianka now bear the hallmarks of Ukrainian units' withdrawal. "Rear-guard actions are still underway there, but overall, the outcome is clear," the analyst observed.
The outlook in Kupiansk is no brighter, where, in his assessment, tensions endure and the adversary keeps bearing down on Ukrainian lines. Myroshnykov pledged to elaborate on developments in each of these sectors in the coming days.
