"This Plan Is Still Relevant": Trukhanov Shared Details of Russian Attempts to Capture Odesa
The Russian invaders have attempted to surround and capture the city of Odesa since the very fist days of the war.
The missile strikes on the city have recently intensified. However, this is pretty expected tactics, as Hennadii Trukhanov, the Mayor of Odesa, stated during his interview for a French TV channel.
"The Russian navy has approached our shores multiple times. They tried to assault Mykolaiv, but their attacks were repelled. Then, they once again tried to advance towards Voznesensk, and our military stopped them there as well. Odesa has been a part of their plans since the very first days of the war, and this plan is still relevant today”, Trukhanov said.
