Russian dictator Vladimir Putin decided that he had overcome international isolation. This prompted him to attack the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kyiv for the first time and violate EU airspace.

This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sibyha.

“Yes, he (Putin — ed.) is provoking. These are elements of hybrid warfare that we have already seen in Crimea,” Sibyha emphasized.

The Foreign Minister stresses that Ukraine expects decisive actions from its partners to be able to purchase weapons from the U.S. and Europe. In particular, the freezing of Russian assets. “This will be an effective instrument and a strong response to Russia’s escalation,” the minister said.

Sibyha called the Kremlin’s proposal to hold talks between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Russian “Führer” Vladimir Putin in Moscow “unacceptable and unserious.” According to him, Kyiv is ready for a meeting, but not on Russian territory.
