Russia preparing new massive strikes, Zelenskyy says citing intelligence
Russia is not planning to halt its strikes and is preparing new attacks on Ukraine’s infrastructure, Zelenskyy said. The president stressed the need for the strongest possible response to every threat.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia has no intention of halting its attacks and is preparing new strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure.
He said this in his evening address on March 1.
Ukrainian intelligence already has information on the enemy’s preparations for additional strikes, he added.
«We know the Russians have no intention of stopping their strikes. That is a fact. They are preparing new attacks on infrastructure. Intelligence provides the relevant information, ” the president said.
He stressed that all services and units responsible for national defense must remain fully focused, as they were during the winter’s heavy strikes on the energy sector.
Zelenskyy highlighted that the main priority is to respond quickly to aerial threats and destroy Russian targets to minimize the effects of any attacks.
«Every threat must be countered, and Russian targets must be shot down to the maximum extent possible, ” Zelenskyy said.
