Russian forces struck Kharkiv’s critical infrastructure with four missiles, causing significant damage, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on January 19.
Initially, Terekhov said the Slobidskyi district of the city was struck. Another attack followed, with hits reported.
«The enemy attacked a critical infrastructure facility with four missiles, causing significant damage, ” the mayor later wrote.
In addition, fragments of a Russian drone fell in the Novobavarskyi district. No casualties were reported.
