"As If Nothing Happened": Zelenskyi Chastened Countries that Continue to Talk with Putin

Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the President of Ukraine, believes that today diplomatic isolation of Russia due its barbarian missile strikes and murder of civilians is an important level of pressure. 

The President of Ukraine made this statement when talking before the PACE MPs.

According to him, there cannot be a situation where while leading European states and the whole world support Ukraine and isolate Russia, “some countries continue to talk, as if nothing happened”.

"Diplomacy is the most powerful tool when the guns are silent. Today, there cannot be any diplomacy with Russia. No diplomacy as usual is possible. The one cannot pay respects to the leadership of the country that kills and disregards the international law”, Zelenskyi noted.

He also noted that average Russian that rejoice at the Ukrainian tragedy online should now that the war on Ukraine was started by the leaders they had elected.
