Russian occupying forces have advanced to the "Central" mine in Toretsk, Donetsk region, but the situation in the city remains dynamic and changes hourly.
This was stated by Spokesman for the Separate Assault Brigade "Liut" Artem Djepko during a broadcast on Radio Svoboda.
"There have been instances where we are operating on the first floor of an apartment building while the Russians are on the second, and we are trying to push them out. So it's difficult to say which part of the city is under enemy control - not because I don't want to say, but because the situation is truly quite dynamic," the spokesman noted.
He emphasizes that discussing the occupation of any percentage of Toretsk’s territory is inappropriate at this moment, as if the occupiers have taken several apartment buildings, the Defense Forces could push them out within the hour.
