"He Is Not Hitler, He Won’t Shoot Himself”- Arestovych Explained Why Kremlin Dictator Would Not Use Nuclear Weapon

According to Arestovych, the Russian dictator will cling to his life till the last breath and hang on for his power, but a nuclear strike “will leave this issue forever closed”, as Oleksii Arestovych, the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, said in his conversation with Mark Feigin, a Russian human rights advocate, on Thursday, July 21st.

"He (Putin - ed.) will cling to his life till the last breath and attempt to retain his power even within the limits of the Garden Ring Road. Any use of nuclear weapon will leave this issue forever closed. If they attempt to deploy nuclear weapon and bring to the state of military combat readiness, then there (in Russia – ed.) will be no government at all. So Putin will cling to his power till the last soldier, till the last Russian citizen, even within the limits of the Garden Ring Road, even within the limits if Kremlin, even within the limits of his office. He is not Hitler, he will not shoot himself. He will attempt to rule someone, even if there are only few people left”, Arestovych said.
