How to Force Russia to end the war: Podolyak gave the answer
Mykhailo Podolyak named three tools to force Russia to end the war.
Mykhailo Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President
Mykhailo Podolyak, Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office, explained how to compel Russia to end the war.
He said this in an exclusive interview with "24 Kanal."
"The main goal of such conspiracies is to influence, for example, European countries. They want these countries to reduce military support and limit Ukraine's strikes on Russian territory, as this greatly troubles the aggressor country. Lifting these informal bans on striking Russia's border areas significantly impacts the course of events on the front line. Yes, they still have some resources there, but not the same as six months ago when they tried to implement their initiatives. I'm not saying that someone is working for Russia when they post such conspiracies. No, it just shows the lack of critical thinking in many people," he said.
According to Podolyak, Russia will start to realistically assess everything happening in this war in two cases:
A sharp increase in situational defeats on the front line, the number of large-scale strikes on Russian territory with long-range weapons, and a sharp increase in missile defense systems. By the way, the latest US package of $2.2 billion clearly includes a large number of Patriot systems.
Once sanctions significantly impact the countries that allow Russia to bypass them. For example, we already see many signs that China wants to distance itself from many economic cooperation programs with Russia because this could have quite negative consequences for Chinese banks.
The advisor noted that the 14th package hits Belarus hard, through which Russia procured many components for missile production. These are the two tools. The rest is conspiracy theory, which has no connection to reality.
"Let's summarize very briefly to make it clear: there is the concept of the Peace Summit, which clearly states that peace can be just. To achieve this, three tools to compel Russia must be initiated:
Military – military cooperation with our allies, more military packages, more security guarantees that clearly state what and how we will receive in terms of weapons.
Economic sanctions. The world must clearly decide whether it wants Russia to continue earning money on global markets and thus finance the war. There are positives there as well.
The only thing that hasn't yet been fully achieved is the isolation of Russia.
We see that Russia is present in various forums. Even today, for example, it chairs the UN Security Council. It's simply insane. I don't even know how to comment on this. If it is possible to exert diplomatic and isolation pressure on Russia, it will have significant impacts on the further course of the war and on the proper conclusion of this war," Podolyak concluded.
