Russians Are Forcing Convicts to Dig Trenches in Kherson Region

Meanwhile, the captured penal colony building is used for repair of damaged Russian military vehicles, as Haiane Ohanesian, the Press Secretary of Kherson City Council and former correctional officer recently reported.

"Those who resist are getting shot in the legs. The repair boxes for damaged Russian military vehicles have been deployed at the Penal Colony № 10. Meanwhile, the invaders are ready to arm the convicts and force them to fight the Ukrainian army under the tricolored flag”, she posted in her social media account.

The correctional officers who managed to escape are have gone into hiding in order to avoid collaboration with the enemy troops.
