Russian forces attacked Odesa with strike drones on the evening of March 3, causing the shutdown of three district heating plants, damaging private houses and a business center. As of 23:00, emergency power outages were implemented in parts of the city.

This was reported by Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, and Odesa Mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov.

"We are working to quickly restart the heating process using alternative power sources. The enemy once again heavily attacked peaceful Odesa with strike drones," Trukhanov stated.

As a result of the strike, there was damage to the energy infrastructure. Emergency power outages are currently in effect in parts of the city. Utility services have already started working on launching generators for critical infrastructure, including heating plants. Additional "Points of Invincibility" are being set up, with 425 already operational.

Also, due to falling debris and shockwaves, two private houses and a business center were damaged. Information about victims has not been received yet.

"All relevant services are working to eliminate the aftermath of the attack. Law enforcement is documenting another Russian crime against the civilian population of Odesa," Kiper wrote.
