The Russian invaders damaged more than 40 higher educational institutions: five were completely destroyed

Due to the shelling and bombing 43 educational institutions were damaged, five of which were completely destroyed.

Universities suffered the most in the following areas:

•  Kharkiv: one institution was destroyed, 19 were damaged,

•  Donetsk: six are damaged,

•  Zaporizhzhia: four are destroyed,

•  Chernihiv: three are damaged,

•  Nikolaev: three are damaged.

The invaders of the terrorist state are destroying everything: classrooms, equipment, gyms, dormitories, assembly halls and courtyards. For example, Chernihiv Polytechnic was damaged due to the hit of five air bombs. Now, in the context of infrastructure restoration, the University is preparing for the admission campaign-2022nd.

According to the Minister of Education and Science Serhiy Shkarlet, the staff of Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin, despite the shelling that destroyed the buildings of the institution, the educational process is resumed.
