For the Second Peace Summit, Ukraine is preparing a plan based on three points of the Peace Formula that were already discussed at the inaugural summit in Switzerland.
This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Ukraine, Serhiy Nykyforov, during the national telethon.
He specifies that the points include food security, energy security, and prisoner exchange.
“Supported by a hundred countries and organizations, these will form the basis of the document that Ukraine is preparing for the Second Peace Summit. In addition, since August, thematic conferences on other elements of the Peace Formula have been ongoing. Based on their outcomes, additional points of the Formula may be included in the final document,” Nykyforov notes.
He also adds that there is active cooperation underway with countries of the so-called Global South.
“Ukraine is actively working with Global South countries to secure their support,” the president’s spokesperson added.
