Ballistic missiles struck a residential building in Odesa: 8 killed, injuries reported

Oleh Kiper later reported that the missile was deliberately aimed at a residential area, including a business district. The strike killed 8 people and injured 18, including one child. Four victims are in critical condition.

Head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, condemned the attack, emphasizing that the Russians deliberately targeted civilians. Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets confirmed the missile hit residential areas.

“Yesterday - Sumy. Today - Odesa. Casualties and injuries have already been reported. My deepest condolences to the families,” Lubinets stated.

Reports also indicate that an unexploded missile hit an educational institution.
