After the end of the war, Ukraine must become a member of NATO, otherwise it will be suicide for Europe.
This statement was made by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, in an interview with Politico.
He is convinced that if Ukraine does not join NATO, the question of war will remain open even after the cessation of hostilities.
"After the war, it would be suicidal for Europe not to accept Ukraine into NATO because it would mean that the option of war remains open," he said.
Only Ukraine's membership in NATO will force Russia not to repeat the actions of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
"The only way to close the door to Russian aggression against Europe and the Euro-Atlantic area as a whole, is to accept Ukraine into NATO because Russia will no longer dare to repeat this experience," emphasized the minister.
