Putin Cannot Be a Subject of Dialogue with the World – Podoliak

Russian President Vladimir Putin cannot be a subject of dialogue with the world, because he has no domestic political perspective for in RF himself, as Mykhailo Podoliak, the Adviser to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, tweeted.

" Reality that is realized in key capitals, but is not recognized in Moscow: Putin cannot be a subject of dialogue with the world, because he has no domestic political perspective for in RF himself”, the Adviser noted.

According to Podoliak, Russia's only chance of survival is reboot of elites to write off "mistakes of others".
