Putin named the "culprit" in the war in Ukraine

The dictator claimed that Washington was "responsible" for Russia's mass killing of Ukrainians.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has once again repeated the lie that Washington is "responsible" for the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Putin made the statement during his speech on April 5.

During his address, the dictator repeated the fake story about a "state coup" in Ukraine, claiming that it was unacceptable for the aggressor state.

Putin added that allegedly it is the United States that is "responsible" for Russia's genocide of Ukrainians, leveling our cities and villages to the ground.

"The use of color revolutions by Washington and the support of the state coup in Kiev in 2014 led to the current conflict in Ukraine," said the war criminal Putin, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
