Ukraine's Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk, reaffirmed Ukraine's unwavering stance that any negotiations to end the war with Russia must be conducted solely on Ukraine's terms.
The speaker of the Parliament said this at a briefing on December 10, "Interfax-Ukraine" reports.
Stefanchuk commented on the statement of Russian president Volodymyr Putin about readiness for negotiations.
"My position has not changed. In this war, the aggressor is Russia, and the victim is Ukraine. Only Ukraine's conditions, as the victim of this aggression, should form the basis for any peace agreement," Stefanchuk stated.
