The Russian military began to use drones less in the “Tavria” direction. At the same time, the occupying forces continue to attack the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine with guided aerial bombs.

This was reported by Сommander of the Operational-Strategic Army Group “Tavria,” Olleksandr Tarnavskyi on Telegram.

"For two days in a row, a decrease in the number of kamikaze drones has been recorded. However, the enemy continues to drop guided aerial bombs. Ground infantry attacks continue. The enemy continues to lose hundreds of manpower," Tarnavskyi said.

According to the Brigadier General of the Armed Forces, there are more and more cases in various directions when ordinary Russian soldiers refuse to participate in active offensive actions.

Tarnavskyi added that the occupiers continue to replenish their units with prisoners.

“This so-called "special contingent" is considered expendable material by the Russian command and is ruthlessly thrown into meat-grinder assaults,” noted the Commander.

The General added that in the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled 23 enemy attacks in areas east of Novobakhmutivka, northeast of Berdychi, in the areas of Avdiivka, Opytne, Severne and south of Tonenke.

The offensive operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Melitopol direction is also ongoing.

Total losses of the occupiers in the “Tavria” operational zone amount to 374 people. The Ukrainian military also destroyed one tank and an ammunition depot of Russian troops.
