Ukraine will receive 321 tanks from Western countries
A lot of countries have already agreed to give tanks
Western allies to deliver 321 tanks to Ukraine, but the exact date remains unknown, Ukraine’s ambassador to France said BFM television on Friday.
“As of today, numerous countries have officially confirmed their agreement to deliver 321 heavy tanks to Ukraine,” Vadym Omelchenko told, and he added “it is very important to get these tanks as soon as possible”.
Delivery terms depend on each individual case, said ambassador, because “some need maintenance, others are dealing with logistics, and some are waiting for new models for the own country”.
Previously, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said to Sky News, that Ukraine requires 300-500 tanks. He claimed “these tanks will allow Ukraine to continue liberating territories".
Ukraine have warned they are in a race against time. Russia may attack with new forces within two months.
