Ukraine must conclude this war in a way that ensures Putin never returns to our territory. This is our duty.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made this statement during his speech in the Verkhovna Rada.
"1,000 days of this war. 1,000 days since Ukrainians gave Putin a hard blow. We must end this war, end it justly, but in such a way that even toothless, Putin will never return to Ukraine. We must ensure this - this is our duty," the President said in the Verkhovna Rada.
