President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not rule out the possibility of personally communicating with dictator Putin to end the war.

The Head of State made this statement during an interview with the BBC.

"We have always said - we see that at the second peace summit, if the plan is fully ready and if Russia is ready to discuss this plan and agree on ending the war according to the UN charter and resolving all the crises they have caused, then we will be ready to talk together with our partners with representatives of Russia. Whether it will be Putin or not Putin - what's the difference, let's be honest," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

He also highlighted that if we want to end the war, we need to talk to those who make the decisions in Russia.

"If we want to end the war, and we have all the strength to do so, if the world is united around Ukraine - we will talk to those who make the decisions in Russia," Zelenskyy stressed.
