Zelenskyy named the only condition for peace negotiations

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the sole condition for peace negotiations is the “Peace Formula”. 

The Ukrainian leader stated this during a briefing with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

"I don't know what agreements they are talking about, some kind of exchange for our territories. We have one document, we have the Peace Formula, and we have one desire - peace. We have formulated how we see it. We are ready for open discussions with our colleagues. The more, the better for peace, so that peace is on one side. On the side of a just peace with the full restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity," Zelenskyy commented on the possibility of negotiations with Russia. 

The President also emphasized that "we do not forget about justice." That is why, the Head of State notes, we cannot forget the downing of MH17, the Russian atrocities in Bucha and Mariupol.

"This cannot be forgiven simply because time has passed and someone has calmed down. In Russia, they probably think: they will forget about it there, and somehow we will reach an agreement on restoring justice. We will not simply reach an agreement on this," Zelenskyy emphasized.
