There are all the possibilities to end the war in 2025, so it is entirely feasible to do so.This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview for the British broadcaster ITV News, published by the Office of the President.

"Certainly, we really want this. And every year, we want Western partners to have enough strength to force Putin to end the war," the Head of State said.

In this context, Zelenskyy singled out Trump's desire to end the war quickly. "Trump wants a quick end to the war. Whether it's fast or not, we don’t know how it will go, but we know that we need to be strong. He is strong, but we need to act decisively in alliance with Europeans," the President said.

The Head of State emphasized the importance of strengthening sanctions. According to him, Russia has constantly managed to adapt to various sanctions."We need to make sanctions total. So that they (the Russians - Ed.) earn less. Then they may face a collapse. Everyone understands this, but not everyone is doing it," Zelenskyy noted.

The second important factor for ending the war, he mentioned security guarantees, so that "there won’t be an occupation of our territory again tomorrow." Additionally, he highlighted support for the army and the war-torn economy of Ukraine.

"Today, we are not talking about justice for Ukraine. We are talking about ending the hot phase of the war," he concluded.
