The world has failed to put Putin in his place after three years of war: Zelenskyy explains why

After three years of full-scale war in Ukraine, the world has failed to put dictator Vladimir Putin in his place not because it was incapable, but because it did not seek to do so.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in an interview with the British broadcaster ITV News.

"What surprises me is that in these three years, the whole world has been unable to stop Putin. That is, it managed to slow him down and prevent him from destroying us. But to put him in his place, to slap his hands, as they say, the world has not been able to do. And honestly, that surprises me. This is not incapacity, but unwillingness," the President said.
